About Ocely

Ocely is more than just a clothing brand—it's a story of resilience, passion, and heritage.

Founded by Ocelynevia Julian. Originally founded as OJ Collections in 2021, the brand started as a personal project driven by survival and creativity. Coming from Kampung Lohan, Ranau, Sabah, I had no financial security when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. With nothing but my skills and determination, I began designing and tailoring garments myself—something I continue to do today.

In 2025, OJ Collections evolved into Ocely, marking a new chapter in our journey. With a stronger vision and a deeper commitment to quality, Ocely represents not just fashion, but a movement towards sustainability, cultural appreciation, and self-expression.

Our Mission

At Ocely, I believe that fashion should not only look good but also feel meaningful. Every piece is designed with care to ensure maximum comfort and confidence for my customers. We focus on sustainability, producing garments in small batches. If demand is high, we shift to a pre-order model, ensuring minimal waste while maintaining quality.

One of Ocely’s biggest milestones each year is our Harvest Festival Collection—a contemporary take on traditional attire. This collection is designed to honor and preserve our cultural heritage while making it relevant for the younger generation. By blending modern aesthetics with traditional elements, we keep our rich Sabahan identity alive and remembered.
