1. Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept
We accept:
Manual banking for now due to percentage that thrid parties deduct for each transaction
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us at Ocely.my@gmail.com or via Whatsapp in here within 12 hours of placing your order.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak). International shipping will be available soon!
How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3-7 business days
Order processing day : 1-2 business days
For custom orders the usual processing day is between 1-2 weeks depending on the demand.
How much does shipping cost?
RM8 – RM12 : for Peninsular Malaysia
RM12 – RM18 : for Sabah & Sarawak
Free shipping : for orders above RM200 (Peninsular) and RM250 (Sabah & Sarawak).
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package on the courier’s website.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days if the item is:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
With tags still attached
Sale items & custom orders are non-returnable
How do I return or exchange an item?
1. Email us at Ocely.my@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us, and once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I choose the right size?

Are your clothes true to size?
Most items are true to size, but we recommend checking the size chart or reviews for the best fit.
Do you restock sold-out items?
