Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
• If the item is unavailable, you can opt for store credit or a full refund.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
