Ocely Shipping Policy (Malaysia)
At Ocely, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently across Malaysia. Please review our shipping details below.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all states in Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
2.1.Location
Peninsular Malaysia : Standard shipping fee : RM8 - RM12(2 - 5 business days)
Sabah & Sarawak: Standard shipping fee : RM12 - RM18(3 - 7 business days)
Free shipping for orders above RM250 (Peninsular) and RM200 (Sabah & Sarawak).
2.2.Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
3. Order Processing Time
3.1.Ready to wear items are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
3.2.Custom orders may vary and it will take in between 1-3 weeks to make the pieces that you want.
3.3.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Couriers
We work with trusted couriers such as Pos Laju, J&T Express, and DHL eCommerce for secure and reliable delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
5.1.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
5.2.You can track your package on the courier’s website.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
6.1.Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Ocely is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
6.2.If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at the nearest branch for pickup.
7. Delays & Issues
7.1.If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Ocely.my@gmailcom with your order number.
7.2.We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
8.1.If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items.
8.2.If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but Ocely is not liable for courier-related losses.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. International shipping will be available soon.
